This series consists of four consecutive workshops designed to systematically build strength in key areas of the body. Each workshop will be a two-hour session including warm ups, sun salutation variations and postures designed to strengthen each particular area of the body. We will then work on a few challenge poses that require the most strength from that specific area with variations suitable for different levels. Workshops will conclude with deep stretching to release the muscles that have been strengthened and guided relaxation to relax the entire body and mind.
